The images available in the Image Bank of the Penedès Tourism Promotion Consortium can be used by any channel or medium as long as the following conditions are respected:
- Full reproduction: Images must be reproduced in their entirety, without modifications of any kind. Cropping, editing or altering the original content of the images is not permitted.
- Mandatory references: Each image must keep the references that identify it visible. This includes the place, the name of the photographer and the reference to the Image Archive of the Image Bank of the Penedès Tourism Promotion Consortium.
- Prohibition of sale: Images cannot be used for commercial purposes, that is, they cannot be sold, nor included in publications intended for sale, nor in services that require subscription or pre-paid access.
- Conditions of use: In the dissemination of images, no conditions of use or technical limitations other than these conditions can be established. Images must be accessible following the same guidelines established by the Consortium.
- Institutional support: The use of the images does not imply that the Penedès Tourism Promotion Consortium endorses or supports the entity or person that uses them. No reference may be made that implies official support, unless there is prior written authorization from the Consortium.
- Purpose of use: The images can only be used for the purpose of promoting or disseminating Penedès as a tourist, cultural or heritage destination.
- Authorization for other uses: Any use of the images other than that authorized by these conditions requires prior written authorization from the Penedès Tourism Promotion Consortium.
